Lily Lamboy, PhD
Lily is a social impact executive, community organizer and educator. She holds a PhD in political philosophy from Stanford University, where she received the university's highest honor recogning teaching.
Before founding BOTH, she led the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion functions at Stripe and Blue Shield of California, scaling both employee-focused strategies and public-facing initiatives. Lily is the founder of Speaking to Connect, a public speaking training curriculum used at 300 universities worldwide.
Alexei Savtchenko, MBA
Alexei is an organizational development expert, storyteller, community organizer, and experience designer. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he focused on organizational development and design. He has led organizational transformation efforts across the non-profit, government, tech, housing, and biology sectors.
Before founding BOTH, he served as Head of People & Business Operations at Atmos, Inc and led teams at DoorDash, Square, Riot Games, and the Partnership for Public Service.
